Botad-Dhandhuka: The chemical scandal has shaken the entire Gujarat. So far 41 people have died. While 85 people are still under treatment. It has been revealed that the dead did not burn, but put chemicals in the water and drank it. Politics has also ended on the issue of chemical scandal. So far, questions are being raised such as how many people of the village have died and who is the main accused responsible for this whole incident. Then Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has come into action after death due to chemical scandal in Botad and Ahmedabad district. A high level meeting has instructed to take strict action. Take strict legal action against criminals. Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghvi has ordered the police to file the charge sheet within 10 days.
10 people died in Rojid village, 4 in Devgana village, 3 in Chadarwa village and 2 in Polarpur village of Botad district. While 1 person each died in Ranpur, Bhimnath, Ranpari, Vejalka, Vahia and Sundarania villages. Then one person died in Korda village in Surendranagar district. Apart from this, 11 people have died in the business.
In the chemical incident, those affected from Botad-Dhandhuka parish are being shifted to the hospital for treatment. Currently 89 people are under treatment. In which more than 70 patients are receiving treatment in Bhavnagar hospital. While other patients are undergoing treatment at Ahmedabad Siliv Hospital. Some of the patients undergoing treatment are still reported to be in critical condition.
Rojid village of Barwala in Botad has caused havoc due to chemical scandal. Rojid village was the main center of the chemical scandal. As most of the dead are from Barwala, there is a painful atmosphere here. Someone lost a father, someone lost a son, someone lost a husband. Today, the dead of Barwala are being cremated in the village. Dead bodies of those who died after drinking toxic chemicals are being brought to Rojid village. The death toll of Rojind village has reached 9. The whole village is filled with groans. Many more bodies will come to the burial ground
