The Government of India has shown a BBC documentary on the Gujarat riots as propaganda against Prime Minister Modi and the country. External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Ardim Bagchi told a media briefing that we do not know what agenda is behind the documentary, but it is not impartial. This is a bad propaganda against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Bagchi said that this documentary is an attempt to run a narrative of a special type of mistreatment against India. The documentary shows that the people and organization associated with this have a special kind of thinking, because there is no fact in it. This shows the mentality of formalism ie slavery.
