Uttarakhand: Due to activation of Western Disturbance once again in Uttarakhand state, the weather pattern worsened up to the hills including the capital Dehradun. There was heavy rain in the capital. While there was snowfall in the hilly areas. Due to which people once again shivered due to severe cold. Badrinath Dham, Hemkund Sahib, Valley of Flowers, Drnath, Nanda Khungti, Lal Mati and Niti and Mana Ghats are experiencing snowfall. Light rain is continuing over low lying areas. On the other hand, the temple in Gangotri Dham has been completely covered due to snowfall. Yamunotri highway has also become impassable due to snowfall. JCB is engaged for snow removal.
