Bhopal: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given the green light to the country’s 11th and Madhya Pradesh’s first Vande Bharat Express train. This train will run between Rani Kamalapati station and Hazrat Nizamuddin station.
The Prime Minister first expressed grief over the accident in Indore. He said that amidst the efforts being made for development in the country, I want to tell you one thing. Since 2014, some people in the country are determined to tarnish Modi’s image. A resolution has also been announced for this. These people have given betel nut to different types of people. He himself is also holding the front. Some people are inside the country to support them while some are sitting outside doing their work. They are constantly trying to tarnish Modi’s image in one way or another. Today every Indian has Modi’s security shield, that’s why these people are scared. New tactics are being adopted. In 2014 he resolved to tarnish Modi’s image and now he resolved that Modi will dig your grave.
Earlier, the Prime Minister attended an important meeting of the Joint Commanders’ Conference of the three armies. The meeting lasted for 5 hours at Kushabhau Thackeray Convention Center in Bhopal. Along with the Prime Minister, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval also reached Bhopal.
Prime Minister Modi said, earlier staying at the railway station felt like a punishment. Trains were running late for hours. Today these complaints are few. Now if a passenger complains during the journey, immediate action is taken. Short-term help is also provided in case of emergency.
When the program was decided, I was told that there is a program on the first date. I said why is it kept on April 1st? When news comes in newspapers that Modi ji is going to show green flag on 1st of April, our Congress friends will make statement that Modi will make April fool. Earlier governments considered only one family as the first family of the country. He left a poor, middle-class family to fend for himself. Their hopes, their expectations, there was no one to ask them.
After independence, India got a vast railway network ready. If the governments of the time had wanted to, they could have modernized the railways very quickly. But the development of railways was sacrificed for political interest.
Even after all these decades of independence, the North Eastern states were not connected by train. When you gave me an opportunity to serve in 2014, I decided to rejuvenate the railways. In the last 9 years, our continuous effort has been to make Indian Railways the best rail network in the world.
