Kent Police’s Search and Marine Unit came to the rescue of a distressed Jet skier on Saturday 17th June. During a morning patrol of the coastline, they sighted the jet skier in difficulty off Herne Bay.
The jet ski had lost power, was taking on water, leaving the rider and jet skier close up against rocks. Thye managed to attach a rope to the Jet ski and pulled the rider to safety, before returning them to Neptune Harbour.
