A Kent Road Policing Unit stopped a white van last night this vehicle as it looked to be very heavy on its back axles.
After taking the van to a DVSA Enforcement area in Ashford, the van was found to be overweight and it also had a snapped spring.
The driver has been reported for various offences and the vehicle has been taken off the road.
