The international championship for tent pegging in traditional Sports Attire commenced was concluded in the Saudi city of history and heritage, Al-Ula,on Monday,with the participation of a large number of riders representing the countries: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Emirates,Qatar, Jordan, Russia, Canada, South Africa, Kuwait, Iraq” lasted for 3 days.
The tournament, which was attended by His Highness Prince Abdullah bin Fahd, President of the Saudi Equestrian Federation, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Noah Al Thani, Secretary-General of the Qatar Equestrian Federation, and Anis Al-Maamari, Vice President of International Tent Pegging Federation, witnessed exciting competitions between competitors in various competitions.
The tournament was distinguished by its exceptional organization by the Saudi Equestrian Federation, which highlighted the city of Al-Ula as a global equestrian destination. The event attracted fans of this sport from all over the world to witness a unique blend of excitement and suspense in a charming desert environment.
During which the important and pivotal role of the Saudi Equestrian Federation and the International Federation for Tent Pegging emerged, to form a harmonious duo through which they were able to exploit the picturesque desert environment that characterizes the city of AlUla, so that the tournament appeared in this beautiful and wonderful image, which contributed to creating a more exciting and exciting season in a sport that is the basis of fun.
