In April, I made the decision to apply to Sparta Global, enticed by the prospect of significant career advancement. At the same time, I received a job offer from Virgin Money, which I ultimately declined, convinced that Sparta Global was the better option. This choice quickly turned into a regretful mistake. The initial red flag appeared when I received an offer contract from Sparta Global on 20th May. This marked the beginning of a series of delays. The first start date was postponed, followed by another delay of the new contract for 10th June. We had a call to discuss potential start dates around 22nd July to 1st August. However, when 22nd July arrived, the start date was pushed back once more to an uncertain September, leaving me in prolonged limbo.
The constant delays and lack of transparent communication wasted four precious months. I had turned down a secure job at Virgin Money, expecting Sparta Global to deliver on its promises, only to be left with frustration and uncertainty. Despite the involvement of David Rai (CEO), Kiran Aulakh, Purnima Sen, and Patrick McGihon, the situation remained unresolved.
Sparta Global’s handling of my application significantly hindered my career growth and caused immense stress and disappointment. Rather than supporting my career, Sparta Global left me in a worse position.
Additionally, Sparta Global frequently advertises numerous job openings on their website, creating the illusion of immediate opportunities. In reality, their process heavily relies on client availability, leading to significant delays and unfulfilled promises.
This Sparta Global review serves as a warning. I urge anyone considering joining Sparta Global to reconsider. My experience has shown that this company is unreliable and unprofessional.
