Oxlade-Chamberlain, aged 29, is currently without a club as his contract expired at Anfield this summer.
He has received a two-year contract offer with the possibility of a third year. SurgeZirc UK reports that there is also interest in Oxlade-Chamberlain from teams in the Saudi Pro League.
Since joining Liverpool from Arsenal in 2017 for a fee of £35m, Oxlade-Chamberlain has played 146 matches and scored 18 goals.
He has achieved success with the Reds, winning both the Champions League and the Premier League.
Additionally, he has represented England 35 times at the international level, with his most recent cap earned in 2019.

During the previous season, Besiktas had two English players in their squad: midfielder Dele Alli, who was on loan from Everton, and winger Nathan Redmond, who recently joined Burnley after his contract in Istanbul expired.
Besiktas has also expressed interest in signing Everton winger Demarai Gray, but it is understood that the Jamaican international prefers a move to Fulham.
