LOVE Island legend Cara De La Hoyde has shared the very relatable despair of spending half-term with her two children.
Cara – who shares son, Freddie George, and daughter Delilah with hubby Nathan Massey – posted a clip of herself frustrated, as one kid was at home constantly calling for her.
Whilst the reality TV star was trying to relax in the living room, one of the duo’s kids could be heard in the background, desperately trying to get her attention.
”Mum! Mum! Mum! Mummy!
”Mummy! Mummy! Mama! Mama! ” the child wouldn’t stop, as Cara was looking desperate to find a way out.
”An actual representation of my half-term already,” the 33-year-old moaned in the caption.
The light-hearted clip has since taken the platform by storm, as hundreds of fellow parents raced to share their frustration too.
One mum cried: ”And to think we have the 6 weeks holidays coming up soon.”

Someone else chimed in: ”We should give credit to the teachers – imagine 30 children in 1 teacher, thanks to all teachers in the world.”
”You missed the ‘I’m hungry’ after mum,” another chuckled.
But whilst many parents seemed to dread the six long weeks off, some couldn’t wait to spend more time with their little ones.
”I think I’m the only one who loves having my kids off school.”
”I home educate and love having them home. Do stuff with them, keep them occupied, parent!” a mum advised.
Cara and Nathan, 31, met and fell in love on the ITV2 series in 2016.
The loved-up duo have been sharing their journey online ever since leaving the famous villa, from buying their first-ever home to Cara’s struggles with mental health, as well as relatable parenting moments.
The couple are amongst the few to stand the test of time despite hardships and have since welcomed Freddie-George in 2017, with adorable daughter Delilah joining the family in 2020.
Where kids can eat free or cheap this half term
Keeping the little ones fed this half term is something millions of cash-strapped parents worry about – but luckily, there are plenty of places that offer fantastic deals.
Sarah-Jane Outten, shopping expert at MyVoucherCodes, said: “Looking at discount and voucher websites would be my first stop – then, take a look at any deals offered via your supermarket loyalty cards or apps.
“Supermarket cafes are also great places to feed your family cheaply, with various offers from children eating for £1 or eating for free, when an adult pays full price for a meal.
“Many restaurant chains will also be doing email mailshots ahead of half term to advertise any deals they currently have on offer, so don’t be too eager to delete them from your inbox.”
Angus Steakhouse
