THERE’S just over one week to go, and one game to go for Rangers, as they prepare to kick off the William Hill Premiership season.
Philippe Clement‘s side have been on their travels this summer and round off their preparations after trips to Holland, England and Edinburgh with a game in Germany.

Union Berlin will use their first pre-season game at home to host the Gers’ final one – and they might just have a little intel too.
The Germans faced Gers’ prospective Champions League qualifying rivals Dynamo Kyev last week in a friendly at their Austrian training base before the Ukrainians swept Partizan Belgrade 6-2.
They’re now in prime position for a date with the SPFL side – who are without a win themselves in all their warm-up games.
Clement has one last chance to instil a winning feeling before the big kick-off starts the Scottish league season next Saturday – and there will be a familiar face or two in the opposition ranks for the travelling Gers fans too.
Ex-Celtic wing-back Josip Juranovic is one of Union’s star men, in a backline that also includes former Light Blue transfer target Danilo Doehki.

Team news
Rangers will be without injury victims Hamza Igamane and Nico Raskin.
The Morroccan new signing is said to be four weeks behind his team-mates in terms of pre-season prep, while Raskin is out for another five weeks ater being crocked against Ajax.
James Tavernier – previously affected by minor niggles earlier this summer – made his return to the pitch against Birmingham on Wednesday so could be included.
That though, depends much on his transfer status.
The captain is one of several Gers players expected to move on this summer and Connor Goldson was excused from the midweek match to continue his talks with Aris Limassol.
Todd Cantwell will also sit out after his two transfer requests were accepted by Philippe Clement – who sent him to the B-team to train.
Likewise outcast Sam Lammers is on his way to FC Twente and won’t be involved either.
Interest in the opposition may extend to former Celtic star Josip Juranovic, Danilho Doehki who Giovanni van Bronckhorst was linked with two years ago, and Kevin Volland, who worked with Philippe Clement at his previous job in Monaco.
