Kent Rural police have been working on a joint operation with Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council to target fly tipping in the area.
During their operation of stopping and checking passing vehicles, they found 4 drivers who will be prosecuted for various driving offences.
In addition, 1 driver was issued with a Fixed Penalty for not possessing a waste carriers licence and 1 vehicle was seized after it was discovered that the driver had no valid insurance.
