Fans claim the tour has been cancelled without a reason[/caption]
Journey’s 50th Anniversary Freedom Tour was scheduled to start at the Cardiff Utilita Arena on October 30.
They were expected to play on November 2 in Glasgow with the band’s last concert in London on November 17.
Journey last played in Scotland 11 years ago in Glasgow at the SECC.
Cheap Trick, a US rock band, would have been supporting the band when it played in Scotland.
The sudden cancellation comes after reports of a legal issue between bandmembers Jonathan Cain and Neal Schon.
However, the band will continue its North American stadium shows with Def Lepard, which are set to finish in November.
The band released a statement saying: “Due to circumstances beyond the band’s control, Journey’s UK and Ireland tour is unfortunately cancelled.
“Refunds will be made from your point of purchase.”
Fans have taken to X to share their shock.
