A WOMAN who was sick of her neighbours peering into her garden has revealed how she made an easy DIY privacy fence to keep them out.
Although having a friendly rapport with our neighbours is great, often we want to prevent them from being able to see into our gardens, so that we can live privately.

Sam Raimondi made her wooden fence over a year ago, and said that it still looks as good as the day she first put it up.
She said the she “bribed” her dad to help her out in screwing some metal posts onto her decking with lag screws.
The DIY duo made sure that the posts were level by using shim wedge strips.
Next she used a circular saw to cut up some treated planks of wood and slid them into the grooves in the metal posts.
She spaced the planks apart using some metal spacers that came with the posts.
In order to weather-proof the fence, Sam sprayed them with stain once they were installed.
She then filled in any gaps in the fence and added caps on top of the metal posts to finish off the fence.
“It looks really cool and was really easy to install”, she said in a video posted to her YouTube channel @diyhuntress.
“After a year of it being on my deck, it looks just like the day I installed it”, she said of the privacy fence.
Sam is so impressed with her DIY work, that she is planning on getting married on her garden deck.
Her video, has likely left many DIY fans impressed, as it has racked up over one million views on the video sharing platform.
YouTube users raced to the video’s comments section to share their thoughts.
