Experian, the global information services company, has bought MyHealthDirect Inc., a US healthcare software firm, for an undisclosed sum
MyHealthDirect which has supplied Experian since 2017, provides tools to for people to access and pay for their healthcare. The company’s digital platform helps simplify and automate the appointment, scheduling and payment process for healthcare providers and patients. Patients an self-register their own appointments via their smartphone and proactively manage their care.
The acquisition will complement Experian’s existing strengths in the financial and administrative segment of US healthcare.
