Chris Hemsworth is making the most of quality time with his family.
On Tuesday, the 39-year-old star of the Avengers shared a series of photos on his Instagram, giving a glimpse into their family vacation in Spain. In one of the pictures, Hemsworth joyfully poses on the beach with his nine-year-old twin sons, Sasha and Tristan, as they raise their hands in the air.
Another photo captures Hemsworth taking a selfie with one of his sons, who mischievously sticks his tongue out at the camera. The actor also posted a picture alongside his wife, Elsa Pataky, as the couple leaped off the side of a boat.
“Enjoying some fun in the Spanish sun 🇪🇸 #familyvacation @elsapataky,” he captioned the photos.
In June, the Thor: Love and Thunder actor reflected on his daughter India Rose’s debut in the latest Thor film. While proud of his little girl, Hemsworth expressed his desire for her to pursue her own path rather than follow in his footsteps.
“Originally, her role was supposed to be a quick moment in the film, but it expanded as the story evolved,” Hemsworth revealed to Entertainment Tonight. “I asked her, ‘Would you like to have some lines in the film?’ and she replied, ‘Yeah, cool!’”
Despite India’s enthusiasm and professionalism, Hemsworth emphasized the importance of her enjoying her childhood.
“I want her to have a proper childhood, and I think she wants that too,” the actor explained. “I told her, ‘You have plenty of time, sweetie. Go to school, ride horses, have fun, be a kid.’ Once the train starts rolling, it’s hard to get off, and you miss out on a lot of things.”
During the premiere of Extraction 2 in New York City in June, Hemsworth shared his children’s pride in witnessing his daring stunts. The devoted father happily expressed, “My kids absolutely love it, they really do.”
He further revealed, “My kids were on set quite a lot, watching all of these things. They even wanted to get in front of the camera and join in.”
In March, the Hemsworths celebrated Sasha and Tristan’s ninth birthday with a hilarious prank. In a family photo shared on Instagram, one of the twins had their face pushed into a chocolate cake.

“Wishing my two little men a fantastic 9th birthday!” Hemsworth playfully captioned the picture. “In this household, the only way to eat cake is to have mum slam your face into it first!!”
