A police pursuit of a suspected stolen white Jaguar on the London bound A2 resulted in about 10 motorists’ vehicles being damaged.
The incident happened around 2.30pm on New Years Day near to the Gravesend junction. The Jaguar’s driver tried to get past traffic in an attempt to avoid police capture, as they smashed their way past other vehicles that were trying to get out of the way.
Police report that they managed to stop the vehicle and three people were arrested following the pursuit. It will be an expensive start to the New Year for some drivers who will have to go through their own insurance companies to get their cars repaired.
