As part of Kent Rural Police’s ongoing campaign against fly-tipping, they recently arrested a male on suspicion of fly-tipping in the county.
The man was driving a skip lorry with the words “Recycling” written on the front.
After some thorough police checks, he is also under investigation for numerous traffic offences. This includes having no driving licence, insurance, MOT or tax, using red diesel, having no waste carrier licence and having an insecure load.
It is about time the book was thrown at these people who clearly have no regard for the laws of the country. Sadly, seeing as he is happy to so blatantly flaunt the law, any further bans or point is going to have no affect on this driver.
