A frustrated driver has taken to social media to complain about the lack of parking enforcement outside of a Kent school.
The person aimed their complaint towards Sevenoaks District Council (SDC) after finding numerous cars parking on double yellow lines outside of Knole Academy. They say that cars are parking across yellow lines every school day between 2.30 & 4pm, as parents wait to collect their children.
There is no sign of any enforcement officers and the situation is dangerous with cars blocking roads and making it difficult for children to cross roads safely.
The person has said that SDC have put more effort into enforcing new 20mph speed limits in the area than they have enforcing yellow line parking restrictions around Knole Academy.
So far, there has been no response from the Council or Knole Academy.
