Tejinder Bagga has been arrested by the Punjab Police. That claim has been made by BJP leader Kapil Mishra. According to Kapil Mishra, Tejinder Bagga was arrested and taken away from his house by 20 Punjab police personnel. The criminal case against Bagga was registered on the basis of a complaint lodged by Aam Aadmi Party leader Dr Sunny Singh. After registering the case, Punjab Police was searching for Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga. Punjab police had earlier come to Delhi to investigate the buggy but then the jawans had to return unharmed. Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga targeted Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal after his criticism of the film ‘The Kashmir Files’. Bagga had termed CM Kejriwal as anti-Kashmiri Pandit. After which an FIR was registered against Bagga in Punjab.
