Terrorists are being wiped out in Jammu and Kashmir. Jammu and Kashmir police said that along with the army, police have so far killed eight militants, including two Pakistani militants, in two ongoing anti-terror operations in Kupwara and Kulgam districts. The police and the army have jointly conducted the operation, police said. Police in Kulgam and Kupwara have launched a joint anti-terrorism operation with the army. In the last 12 hours, there have been eight encounters in which four terrorists have been killed. In all, six terrorists have been killed in the last 20 days. Four militants have been killed in the Kupwada encounter while arrests are on in other places as well. Security forces killed three militants in the encounter on Sunday. According to reports, two militants were killed in Kupwada and Kulgam. One of the militants killed in the encounter was a member of Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jammu and Kashmir police said. He was a resident of Pakistan. According to Inspector General of Police Vijay Kumar, one of the slain militants has been identified as a Pakistani national. Which was affiliated with the banned terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba. Earlier, security forces killed two militants who killed Rajni Bala, a Jammu schoolteacher, during an encounter in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir. On the other hand, the terrorist involved in the murder of the bank manager was also shot dead by the security forces in Shopia. Following the ongoing targeted killings in the valley, the security forces have launched Operation Allout against the militants under which the militants are being eliminated continuously.
