The shooting took place outside Delhi’s Rohini Court. It is learned that the firing took place after a scuffle between the lawyer and the police personnel deployed in the security of the court during the security check. It is learned that 3 lawyers were shot dead by the security personnel. It has come to light that there was another shooting at the Rohini court premises. Outside the court, a scuffle broke out between the lawyer and Nagaland police during a security check. Four lawyers were shot during the firing and have been admitted to hospital for treatment. Incidents like shootout and bomb blast have taken place in Rohini court in the past. There was also a shooting at Rohini Court in September last year and a gangwar incident took place. In it, 6 people of Tillu Tajpuria gang killed Jitendra Mann alias Gogi (leader of Gogi gang). However, the police had also rounded up the two thugs. The Delhi High Court had taken cognizance of the Rohini court shooting case. Special cell personnel retaliated by firing on thugs disguised as lawyers who were with Jitendra alias Gogi. Both assailants were killed in the firing. A female lawyer was also injured in the incident. 5-20 bullets were fired in the whole incident. Such an incident took place outside Court No. 303.
